During my recent transit stay at Fraser Suites Sydney, I found its location convenient, just 0.2 km from Town Hall. The proximity to public transport made traveling into the city a breeze; the train ride to Central Station took merely 10 minutes. The hotel offered a luxurious apartment experience that catered to my brief visit, showcasing the ideal blend of comfort and accessibility.
I noticed that the air conditioning in my room took a while to reach my desired temperature, which was slightly inconvenient. Once set, it maintained a comfortable environment, but the initial delay was a minor annoyance in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Very good customer service, including sensational breakfasts with an option of room-service for meals and the water being off, as for instance. The very efficient and fabulously helpful staff and their attitude.

The kitchen was well-equipped, complete with an espresso machine and washer-dryer, which was a nice touch. The lounge area was comfy, and the ensuite bathroom featured both a spacious shower and a bath. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to many restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
Was all great! 😕 Just needed more attention to detail.

The good, the bad, and the unexpected
A wonderful four-night stay! The beautiful studio was spacious, and the location near Town Hall was superb for dining and shopping. Staff was professional and ready to assist. The pool was uncomfortably cold, limiting our enjoyment. Cleanliness could use improvement, but overall, we had a rewarding experience.

Very impressed with premier queen suite and super-friendly and fantastic friendly staff who could bring me to the airport to a place where I could get a wheelchair. Spacious bedroom, large bathroom and great pool.

The Fraser Suites are very well located ... easy to get to shopping and Darling Harbour as well as Circular Quay. We found the room very comfortable and would stay again.

The floor-to-ceiling windows of our executive suite offered amazing views of the Harbour and the vibrant city skyline, especially nice at night. I particularly appreciated the the pillow menu and complimentary water and apples that made us feel welcome. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed an early check-in, which allowed us to settle in and start exploring Sydney right away.
The parking cost, which at $50 per night felt a bit steep.

I loved the comfort of the Fraser Suites. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was fresh with a lot of variety. It was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Also just around the corner from China town.
The only fault was the noise on Saturday night from people on the street, found sleeping a little difficult, and the windows were dirty. These two things certainly didn't put a damper on our stay tho.

The hotel is conveniently located just 200 meters from Town Hall, making it easy to access public transport. The train to Central Station takes only 10 minutes, allowing me to explore the city quickly and affordably.
While my overall experience was positive, I did notice a distinct smell of urine in the bathroom upon arrival that lingered despite housekeeping efforts.
