The good, the bad, and the unexpected

A wonderful four-night stay! The deluxe studio was spacious, and the location near Town Hall was superb for dining and shopping. Staff was professional and ready to assist. However, the pool was uncomfortably cold, limiting our enjoyment. Cleanliness could use improvement, but overall, we had a rewarding experience.

Perfect spot for family adventures

The location is just superb, walking distance to Darling Harbour and all the good food spots. Also enjoyed the spacious suite with those massive windows, great views, almost perfected my paperwork and the kids loved it too!

It wasn’t inexpensive but you know the experience made it worth it.

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and equipped with a kitchen and laundry, perfect for longer stays. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. However, elevator noise and nearby traffic could be disruptive at times, and some areas showed minor signs of wear, such as black grout in the bathroom. On a positive note, the hot and cold sandwiches available nearby were a delicious addition to our stay.
